My husband had been to several dealerships checking out what he had seen online. Valley Honda had a couple of possibilities on the lot...the one we were most interested in had sold before we had a chance to look at it together. Within a week, Dave Zisk contacted us to let us know there was a 2015 Pilot that had just come in that we might be interested in. We made the time to look at it and drive it. We liked the 2015 Pilot a lot, and while we weren't feeling we HAD to buy a vehicle right now, Dave was able to make a deal we couldn't walk away from. Within 2.5 hours - start to finish of the entire process - we drove the 2015 Pilot home. Professionalism and PR are tops at this car dealership. The dealership is the most professional dealership we've ever encountered, from dress, demeanor and professionalism. We met Dave once we started looking at cars and he was never pushy, answered our questions and pointed out attributes of the Honda Pilot. He has a quiet demeanor, yet great knowledge of his products. When we choose a color they didn't have or couldn't find, it was ordered from the factory. We were so excited and waited patiently on our car. Today, we picked it up, exactly what we wanted, color and all. Dave demonstrated all the car functions and answered our question, things went as "smooth as silk". This is probably the busiest dealership I have ever been to, and I was greeted in time, no waiting at all. Best thing was they don't have any hidden costs (Other dealers throw in lots accessories!).
