Worse service department I have ever been to! Incompetent technicians and rude customer service staff. I took my 2016 Honda Accord there to have them check a rattle noise under the hood.They h Incompetent technicians and rude customer service staff. I took my 2016 Honda Accord there to have them check a rattle noise under the hood.They had the car for 3 and a half days and at the end of that time they called me to say "We can't locate the rattle and we can't continue to waste labor hours on your car, come pick up your car". I was absolutely shocked, I had expected a Honda dealership to actually care about their customers. In addition, they left me stranded at work the first evening without a loaner vehicle, the customer service guy (Mike) informed me "they didn't have a loaner vehicle to give me" when I called him at 4:30 pm to get a status update on the car. They did not call me one time over day 2 or day 3 to give me a status update, I always had to call them. I was also informed by Mike that David Abraham (the service manager) was too busy to get on a phone call with me. I picked up my car and took it to Valley Honda in Aurora and they found the problem (transmission mount) after an hour and a half inspection. 3 and a half days Honda on Grand "worked" on my car! The service technicians and staff at Honda on Grand are absolutely incompetent and they do not give a crap about their customers. I am currently working with Honda Automotive on America on a case against them and I intend to take this thing as far as it can go. They will treat you like crap, DO NOT GO THERE! More

Exceptional experience I have now leased 7 cars over the years from this dealership. I have always felt that I was treated fairly and received a deal that satisfied me each I have now leased 7 cars over the years from this dealership. I have always felt that I was treated fairly and received a deal that satisfied me each time. This latest lease of a 2019 CRV was the smoothest transaction ever. I was offered an opportunity to exchange my 2017 for a 2019. I left the dealership with a new car, new lease, and same payment amount. Great selection and a great deal. Danny E is a great representative for the dealership. He has put me in 3 of the 7 cars I have leased over the years and has always treated me exceptionally. I sing the praises of Honda on Grand to all my friends. Service department is also top notch. Will be back in a week to lease my other Honda as well. Why go anywhere else! More

Free Diagnostic; Overpriced Service I was happy when I was offered a free diagnostic, but they wanted to charge me literally double what Jiffy Lube would do. And I'm not sure that Jiffy Lube is particularly cheap either. Makes me feel like they were trying to dupe me. Also they left the handle brake up when I got back in my car. Good but pricey This was my first time going to the dealership for maintenance, my wait time was about an hour and a half. I thought it would’ve come out to about $30 This was my first time going to the dealership for maintenance, my wait time was about an hour and a half. I thought it would’ve come out to about $300 but it was almost twice that amount. It’s a bit pricey but I would go back since they managed to find other problems that my other mechanic failed to locate. More
