Free Diagnostic; Overpriced Service I was happy when I was offered a free diagnostic, but they wanted to charge me literally double what Jiffy Lube would do. Good but pricey This was my first time going to the dealership for maintenance, my wait time was about an hour and a half. Couldn't even perform a simple oil change I checked into the place to get oil changed at 1.
