All 4 tires had a different psi after I asked them to set them at 41psi. There was a 2 and 3 psi discrepancy between each tire after I picked up truck. The infotainment screen has been cutting in and out again after I was told they had updated it. I had a 7am appointment for oil change and didn't get truck back until 10:30am. I went in for a routine oil change and maintenance service. Truck was due for air filter so I had that put in. What I figured was going to be a cost of between $120 and $200 turned out to be much higher with quotes of up to over $500 with all recommendations. The truck is a 2024 with less than 15,000 miles on it. All warranty issues should have been pointed out and I should Never be worried about an electronics issue with the computer/infotainment. I payed full price for this truck as a New truck. I should not be worried about anything at this point in ownership. My Dodge Ram stayed true to me since 2003 and over 100,000 miles. Yes, I do not put many miles on my vehicles and I take the best of care of them. I am now concerned about what may go wrong after my time owned warranty runs out. It will be well under mileage restrictions for warranty. I’ll probably have no more than 16,000 miles on that truck when warranty expires. The excuses given at the dealership did not match what is known about the 2024 model on line. I had to ask 3 times to make sure the infotainment issue was put to paper for future reference. More
