The first time we visited the dealership we felt invisible as no sales staff approached us and there was nobody at the front desk. Second time we visited the front desk was occupied and David Asbac invisible as no sales staff approached us and there was nobody at the front desk. Second time we visited the front desk was occupied and David Asbach attended to our questions. He did a great job and understood we were out test driving the market segment (Rav4, CX-5, CX-50, Forester). He as low pressure and kept in contact with us while we were trying to decide which car we ultimately wanted to purchase. After settling on the CRV, the price and color we waited a few weeks for the color and trim level to come in with David checking in and giving us regular updates. We had no urgency to purchase which helped make this low stress and David's communication really kept us at ease. I do not believe the finance dept staff we worked with is in this list (he did say he recently moved from service to finance). However he did an excellent job as well. More

I purchased a 2023 Acura TLX from Brilliance Honda. The salesman, Dave was great to deal with. Dave got me a more than fairly trade value.
