Buying our XC90 at Cars Volvo Santa Monica with David Baheri was a total pleasure. My wife set up the entire transaction with David by phone (they had teh color we wanted) so I could stop by for a test Baheri was a total pleasure. My wife set up the entire transaction with David by phone (they had teh color we wanted) so I could stop by for a test drive of the car on my way back after an appointment. The car in the color we liked with the features we wanted was washed and ready for the test drive, which was great. David was there waiting for me (I think even on his day off!). The processing of the paperwork by David and then by Paloma went very smoothly. She and David both worked to find the best available discounts (even from Costco and the American Bar Association!) and came up with a very fair price for the car. Paloma even called me after to switch the extended service contract to a more appropriate one, saving $500. The car was delivered to our home by Frank, who helped my wife to identify many features of the car. Overall a very pleasant experience, no sweatbox with the manager, and a fair transaction. I would highly recommend this dealership. More
