We have 3 Hondas purchased from them, getting ready to renew 2 of them and lease another. However; due to unprofessionalism of this dealership (GM), we will no longer do business with PEH and purchase ou renew 2 of them and lease another. However; due to unprofessionalism of this dealership (GM), we will no longer do business with PEH and purchase our vehicles elsewhere. Hey GM, next time you screw over a customer and then never return multiple calls left on your voicemail (he was in the office) and have receptionist aware of our urgency, get off you a$$ and return the calls!!! Congrats on the loss of 3 vehicles. Done with you! More
