we were there for 8 hours. No reason for this. all of the other ppl came and left after purchases. If you count up the hours involved they owe us 3 days of work pay. My kid paid the fees for reg etc and she still had to go to the dept of motor vehicles after having a trade-in!!! There were no outstanding anythings on her vehicle or insurance. Nothing. It just was not done properly after 8 hours of bargaining. Insane and stupid. More
