We have purchased 2 vehicles now at lakeside Chevy, and we will be no longer purchasing anymore nor will anybody we know. The sales price that we agreed on was over 2,000 more on the agreement, they would we will be no longer purchasing anymore nor will anybody we know. The sales price that we agreed on was over 2,000 more on the agreement, they would not negotiate the interest rate even though my credit score was over 820 and they refused to fill the tank up with gas. And also there the final price was so inflated with junk. They came down 500 dollars but just added more to the addendum fee. No thanks to lakeside Chevy. More

This dealership is not honest. They claim to do a vehicle inspection, but this not true. I bought a use 2024 Hyundai Palisade and the Shark fin antenna was damaged. This was not included in the vehicle inspection report. In fact, the Saleman gave me the report and the paperwork was not even completely filled out and it did not even have the VIN number on the paper. This fix ended up costing me 3000+ dollars after I purchased the vehicle. They also charged an additional $1200 - 1400 on each vehicle purchase, which their claim is that the additional cost is for the vehicle inspection. I drove hours to get the vehicle and before I came I asked the vehicle to verify that there were floor mats in the vehicle and he said that they were in the vehicle. When I arrive to look at the car There were no floor mats included. I feel like this dealership is not honest and they do whatever it is to sell a car even if there is damages that’s going to cost the customer. More
