Enjoyable Car Buying Experience! I am not a huge fan of the auto buying process. Don't get me wrong, it's exciting but a lot of dealerships I've dealt with make the process stressful. This was the second Ram truck I've purchased from Shottenkirk and could not have asked for an easier experience. Ed Denovellis was our Salesman. Ed should be the standard for all car dealership's sales staff. He was professional yet charismatic which made my family and I feel as though the experience was as enjoyable for him as it was for us. More
