This is the first Dealership that I've let service my car from the time I bought it up to the Present day. They're Always straightforward with Me about Everything. They work in a timely manner and the work from the time I bought it up to the Present day. They're Always straightforward with Me about Everything. They work in a timely manner and the work is accurate. They Never try to sell me any services that I don't need. They keep me informed with an Honest opinion about work that needs Immediate attention, or if I have time to come up with a payment alternative. I'm from Waco Tx, but reside in Houston Tx. I drive home , bypassing Several Honda Dealerships and shops to come home to Waco to get ALL my work on my car done. I love Honestly. David Brackin, My Service advisor is very Honest and Knowledgeable about what He's talking about and advising Me about the services needed and what's done. More

Got a power steering flush last week was charged $170 for the flush check the fluid and it's the same color as when I brought it in. Looks like someone just empty the reservoir and filled it back up. As always, I was pleased with the service department. I did not wait very long & I had enough service rewards to pay for my oil & filter change. And my 2 year service for my tires was applied to my tir I did not wait very long & I had enough service rewards to pay for my oil & filter change. This is probably the best Honda dealership I have worked with. Very courteous and quick to schedule. It's usual that I wait for my car to be serviced and staff never fails to keep me updated on the progress with. Very courteous and quick to schedule.
