I purchased a 2025 vehicle in October and have already brought it in 3–5 times for the same unresolved infotainment issue. I was just there again Thursday, and the problem still isn’t fixed and asked if I brought it in 3–5 times for the same unresolved infotainment issue. I was just there again Thursday, and the problem still isn’t fixed and asked if I could leave my vehicle overnight. What’s most frustrating is the lack of support. There are no loaner cars available (“first come, first serve”) I have been there before 8am on some occasions, so who gets the first come, first serve loaners when I am there in the mornings, this leaves me without transportation while my car is in service for a full day. I’ve even called to say the repair doesn’t need to be done immediately, I’m flexible with timing, but I do need a loaner. Despite that, I haven’t been able to get any real support. It’s especially frustrating because I’ve had great service experiences at Culver City Mazda, while this has been the opposite with Culver City Volvo. Repeated visits for the same issue with no resolution and no reliable transportation support is the standard. Also, the rideshare policy is now one-way only. I rely on my vehicle for work, and this is not a reasonable solution nor do I have anyone flexible to work with regardless of my patience. Also no return messages or calls despite leaving them. More
