Josh went above and beyond, as usual. He got the recall handled, but also ran a service check, found a dangerous problem in my tire, and then had a paint scrape buffed away at no charge. I appreciated the video from the technician explaining what they checked on my car. The front desk was friendly but my only complaint is I was given a time estimate of 2 hours but it was actually 3.5 hour what they checked on my car.
