One call, that's all! I spoke to multiple dealerships before contacting Jim Ellis. I had a letter of credit and wanted to pre negotiate before driving all over the place. Everyone else took their time giving quotes or making counter offers. I explained my situation and was on the phone with a sales manager in a mater of seconds. Ten minutes later, I was in route. No nonsense, straight to the point negotiations. See you guys in a couple of years for a trade in and new purchase! More

Amazing Experience! I worked with Ron and David for a couple weeks and I could not be happier. I’d been looking for a specific model/trim for the past few months and had to walk away from several dealerships because of the way I was treated. Ron and David went gone above and beyond in every way. They’ve been patient, easy to work with and respectful. I've done every drug there is, and I prefer Jim Ellis Chevro They were so professional, so courteous, and didn't try to upsell me a bunch of xx. This was our 4th Chevy dealership of the day, and at the prior 3 t They were so professional, so courteous, and didn't try to upsell me a bunch of xx. This was our 4th Chevy dealership of the day, and at the prior 3 the salesperson would not acknowledge my mother at all. You could tell they were thinking "The guy has the money, get chummy with him." Our sales staff treated everyone with me with the utmost respect. I could not be happier with my experience. I hope the truck I bought last a lifetime, but if it doesn't, I'll get it's replacement with Jim Ellis and nowhere else. More

First Internet vehicle purchase First time buying a vehicle via internet/phone and was very skeptical. Dave and Jim were extremely helpful and easy to work with and reassured me of the vehicle by sending me several videos and photos of the truck with detailed information. They assured me the truck was in excellent condition and even delivered it free of charge from Georgia to North Carolina (6 hour trip) and told me not to sign any paperwork until I had a chance to look the truck over. Needless to say the truck was preowned and looked brand new just as Jim had described. Great people to work with and a great first experience buying a vehicle sight unseen! Thanks again guys! More

Outstanding cutomer service I recently had a service issue that came up on my pre-owned truck that I purchased from Jim Ellis. When I related the issue to the sales manager, the I recently had a service issue that came up on my pre-owned truck that I purchased from Jim Ellis. When I related the issue to the sales manager, the issue was taken care of quickly and professionally and as a courtesy, I was provided with a loaner vehicle while my truck was in the shop. All of the staff at Jim Ellis were awesome through the entire purchase and service experiences. It is refreshing to see this level of great customer service.
