We wanted a midsize SUV (a change from our E-class), and David walked through the various models until we landed on the GLC300. Once we agreed on the model and sales price with a trade-in, he followed up with this newer model's details of operation. When we closed the sale, Chad efficiently executed the paperwork (we had a time constraint), including information on potential additional items we may have an interest. Overall a great transaction. We just bought our second Mercedes from Star Motors and their representative David Colbert. Both times it was an easy and pleasurable experience. David is experienced and knowledgeable and was very patient as we chose the right vehicle for us. Pricing was straightforward and reasonable. I appreciated that unlike so many other dealers Star Motors doesn't pad their margin with unnecessary and unwanted dealer added "options" increasing MSRP. And they don't price according to your trade in or financing choice. It's price first, then trade in and financing are decided. In summary, Star Motors is a good place to buy a car and David is a good person to help you do it.. More

This was the 2nd new Mercedes we've bought from Star Motors and its representative David Colbert. Each time it was an easy and pleasurable experience. There was no haggling over price because David's Motors and its representative David Colbert. Each time it was an easy and pleasurable experience. There was no haggling over price because David's first quote out of the box was so reasonable it discouraged any quibbling. David is experienced and knowledgeable and was helpful in our choice of vehicle, patient with our indecisiveness, and thorough in explaining the features of our new car. As for Star Motor Cars, I appreciated that it doesn't try to pad its margin with unwanted and unnecessary dealer added "options, " and they don't price based on financing. It's price first, then you choose cash, financing or lease. Overall, I consider it a good place to buy a car and David is a good person to help you do it. More
