Best Car Buying Experience Ever! History... I found Maplecrest Ford after a long unsuccessful search for a (lightly) used Toyota Rav4 which will serve as my daughter's first car. I v History... I found Maplecrest Ford after a long unsuccessful search for a (lightly) used Toyota Rav4 which will serve as my daughter's first car. I visited 9 dealers, some used car lots and some full dealerships and drove 12 cars. I made offers on 3 which were accepted but never got completed because each dealer tried to add on ridiculous fees (example: $1995.00 "dealer fee") and inflated costs for Doc fees and DMV fees. I walked into Maplecrest Ford - Mendham late on a Saturday afternoon and met with Emma Giordano (randomly as no salespeople pounced on me when I walked in) to check out a 2012 Rav4 that was exactly right for us. Car was perfect. Mechanically sound, drove perfectly and really just super clean. I decided to make an offer right after test drive. This is where Emma Giordano and Maplecrest really differentiated themselves from the norm. The offer I made was for just a few hundred less than asking price to keep in-line with KBB fair market price and was approved in 5 minutes. At this point Emma also explained that there would be no bogus "dealer fees" and the Doc fee was in-line with the statewide average and there would be no up-charges in the DMV fees. All of this I took with a grain of salt due to my prior experiences. Bottom line... for the first time in all of my car-buying years, Emma was completely honest and true to her word. She brought out paperwork which described what we discussed exactly, and we had a deal. I would pick the car up that Monday. She then told me she would have everything ready for me and I would be in-and-out quickly at pickup time. Once again, complete honesty and service to the customer from Emma! I arrived and the car was prepped and looking great and parked right outside the door. 10 minutes later the docs were signed and I was on my way. Honorable mention here to David Cozza the sales manager for having everything ready to sign and not adding any BS to the process! Really, just the best purchase experience I could have asked for end-to-end. Thanks Emma! My daughter loves her new ride! More

I cannot say enough good things about Charles as he guided me through the process for nearly 5 months as i bought a Raptor and that is time it takes for completion. Charles was very attentive and was there for every step. You will also find that he is at the dealer and around the floor nearly every minute they are open so he's easy to find. Marla contacted me minutes after I submit I have never had such a quick, and hassle free car buying experience as I did at Maplecrest Ford of Mendham. Marla contacted me minutes after I submitted a request for a trade in on their website. She gave me a quote my trade in and the Focus RS I was looking at and made an appointment for me to stop by in the afternoon. Once there, I was greeted by Micky who went on the test drive with me, and afterwards, to my surprise, kept the quotes for the trade in and the Focus RS that Marla provided to me over the phone earlier. Other dealers had given me quotes over the phone, and then changed them when I came in in person, so this was quite the surprise. I completed the paperwork with Dave, who presented the various service packages they offer, but didn't try to pressure me into buying them. Marla, Micky, and Dave are true professionals and made this a great experience. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone I know who is in the market for a new car. More

I knew I was not going back to the last dealer I used (Fette Ford: The WORST - dishonest and very shady). A friend suggested I call Dave Vorcheimer at Maplecrest Ford at Mendham, I called Dave and told him what I wanted. He didn't waste my time and gave me a great price on a car that I wanted. I came into the dealership and worked with Micky Hendrick, who was fantastic. Mickey took care of ending my other lease, notifying my Insurance company and showing me the car. I really appreciated David Cozza being clear and patient in explaining what I was signing. I would recommend Maplecrest Ford of MENDHAM to anyone. I am glad I did not let my bad experience with Fette prevent me from buying another Ford. More
