At any rate, that is not the experience I had at O'Reilly. Dave Crawford was wonderful from the moment I walked in the door. I was made completely comfortable with the whole process, and I never felt pressured into any sale. We looked at the exact same car at Faulkner in West Chester, and walked away unhappy because we were never taken seriously by the dealership. We are absolutely delighted with our GMC Acadia, and with our experience at O'Reilly. We'd definitely recommend O'Reilly, and Dave Crawford to others. More
