I would highly recommend for any GMC purchase I never purchased a vehicle from O'Reilly Buick GMC until recently, but we took our old Buick Enclave there for service. Their service team was great, I never purchased a vehicle from O'Reilly Buick GMC until recently, but we took our old Buick Enclave there for service. Their service team was great, kept me in loop on when the vehicle would be ready, and their pricing was on point. We turned in the Buick and purchased a GMC Yukon and it was the easiest experience I have had. I am in the car business and Dave Crawford understood. He was to the point and gave me a great deal on the new vehicle. They even worked with me on my trade and gave me a very good price for the Buick. I wanted this to be quick and without a hassle which is exactly what I received. I will definitely be back. These are the types of people I like doing business with. More

Pleasure to work with Dave Crawford at O'Reilly Buick GMC I was looking for an automobile for my daughter and found her a nicely priced 2013 Hyundai Elantra Limited with 22k miles. I emailed the dealership an I was looking for an automobile for my daughter and found her a nicely priced 2013 Hyundai Elantra Limited with 22k miles. I emailed the dealership and Dave Crawford was the sales person who responded to my email. I emailed Dave on Saturday to ask if I could come by to view the car. When I arrived I explained to Dave my daughter lives out of town, she would be visiting over Thanksgiving, and I was charged with scouting cars. Dave set me up right away with a test drive. I took the car out by myself and I knew right way she would like the car as it was loaded with options she wanted but within an acceptable price range. I ask if the dealership could hold the car till Tuesday when she arrived and Dave said it was no problem. I returned on Tuesday and Dave setup my daughter with a test drive and we agreed to make the purchase. The negotiation process took about 5 mins. Dave was very easy to work with and we never felt any sort of sales pressure. In fact, I felt very comfortable. Normally when I'm working with car dealerships I try not to give out my phone number as some sales people in the business can be a bit over zealous. I could tell based on Dave's approach and our rapport on the first deal, I did not need to be concerned, so I did not even think about exchanging cell phone numbers. People who know me would be surprised :) Once I squared away the deal for the Elantra I saw a vehicle I liked on the lot namely a CPO 2014 Buick Encore. I've been looking for a vehicle for the past few months to replace my 2008 Subaru Tribeca focusing on 4 door sedans. I wanted better gas mileage and most SUV's I found to be acceptable did not have the combination of acceptable gas mileage and options for my budget. That changed when I drove the Buick Encore. The Encore had all the options I wanted for a few thousand dollars less then I was expecting to pay for my next vehicle. I ask Dave to hold the vehicle and I would come back the next day to see if we could close on a deal. I arrived the next day with my numbers for the purchase and for the trade in of my Subaru. Same as 2013 Hyundai Elantra transaction, Dave was very professional and easy to work with.I think this deal took about 15 mins which is 10 mins more than the prior deal but we had trade in numbers to figure out. The ease of completing the first transaction with Dave had a direct impact on my second purchase of the Buick Encore as I knew I could probably get a deal done that would work for Dave and I. In summary the entire experience at O'Reilly Buick GMC was painless and the best was the deals did not hours and hours of my time. One thing I do not enjoy is going to a dealership and haggling for hours while the sales person shuttles back and forth from his office to the Sales Manager. I would buy again from Dave at O'Reilly Buick GMC. More

Most places try to tell you why you don't qualify for whatever offer is being advertised; Dave was the opposite, he went out of his way to make sure that I did qualify for everything. Love my car, and couldn't be happier. More
