This was My 3rd trip to City For. My first 2 experiences were very disappointing. However, I gave City Ford a Third choice. This was the experience every patron should have. With His colgate smile and joyful demeanor...as I shook His hand, this time I knew would be different. Way different. He Is a kind and competent Gentleman. I will not refer to Him as a salesman, as I already knew the Beautiful Vehicle I wanted before I walked into the dealership. I had come prepared with all the documents ZACH requested, making it a seamless opportunity for both Myself and ZACH. He listened to a bit of My personal history and given that knowledge He made A Success Effort to make Me feel comfortable.
