Most EV salespeople I've encountered have no clue about the product they are selling and tend to try to steer me away from an EV. Not sure why, maybe they make more money selling ICEVs? Either way, he was low pressure and was helpful in every step of the process. Jeff Franke was very easy to work with as well and very transparent on all the numbers we were looking at. Overall the experience was very good. These gentlemen come highly recommended. More

They pulled a few strings the same day to bring the vehicle in for me to see within 30 minutes and then eventually buy. Matt was excellent in walking through the whole process and was extremely hospitable. He stayed late so that we could finalize the purchase. He was honest and explained what was happening at each step of the purchase. This is now my second purchase at this dealership, and I have enjoyed the care and vehicles from City Chevrolet. More
