Today I brought home my FOURTH car (a 2026 Cypress green Corolla Cross) that David has sold me. ALL winners! Even though the last one was twenty years ago, when I saw he was still at what was then called Ru Corolla Cross) that David has sold me. ALL winners! Even though the last one was twenty years ago, when I saw he was still at what was then called Russel Toyota (now Heritage), I was elated! The 2006 Envy green series 3.0 Scion xB was totaled in a not my fault accident two weeks ago, I got in touch. He was sad to hear about the Scion, but more worried how I was. Yes, he remembered me!! And I especially remembered the kindness and the looking out for me in the past. I'm his pain in the neck got to have green girl and he produces every time. Walking in this morning welcomed with a big hug, it was like I was home. I've even sent my significant other to David Day and he bought two cars from him. HIGHLY recommend the BEST salesman this dealership has. More

First, I am biased because I worked at this dealership from 1989-2007. That said, I had plently of familiarity with the sales department. Under Mike Higham (GM), it left something to be desired. However, it never mattered who was our GM, Dave Day always made sure I received my employee discount (not every sales department honors that). Since I left the dealership, I've bought 3 vehicles and Dave looked out for me. I wasn't looking for a discount, I was looking for fairness. Big up to David Day! I have been at this dealership and have bought from David countless times. He always listens and assists my husband and I with everything. This time was different a week before we arrived we bought our 4 run countless times. He always listens and assists my husband and I with everything. This time was different a week before we arrived we bought our 4 runner from the lease. We ended up totaling our 2021 4 runner with 18 thousand miles. A deer ran out on an exit ramp and just demolished our truck. All airbags deployed but two. Out of 11. My husband ended up getting a new truck. David had given us a wonderful deal and really made sure we could afford it. A week went by and I was still afraid to drive my 2020 Camry so David got me in a larger vehicle a hybrid rav 4. Which I love and feel comfortable. David really took the time to make sure I felt comfortable and left happy. Both times. Then I wanted leather and he assisted me being able to keep the hybrid and they will replace the seats with leather. Thank you David. We got 2025 Tacoma and a 2025 rav4 hybrid. Fasisal assisted us every step with finance steps going into detail every step. Answering every question and making sure we both understand before moving on to the next steps. More
