Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We would like to clarify what occurred during your recent visit, as your review does not accurately reflect the events at our service center. During your visit, our service advisor explained that our system did not reflect an additional active oil change contract and advised that prepaid service contracts do have expiration terms. In an effort to assist you, the advisor offered a complimentary oil change. You declined and abruptly left the service center. You returned the following day with documentation dated from your original purchase in 2022 regarding the oil change contract. Before our team had the opportunity to fully investigate and resolve the matter, the interaction became increasingly confrontational. Despite our staff’s continued efforts to explain the documentation and assist you, the behavior directed toward our team was unacceptable and disruptive to the service environment. Our service department is committed to providing professional, respectful service and will not tolerate abusive conduct toward our employees. That said, we did conduct a full review of the situation and determined that a clerical error from 2022 prevented the contract information from being properly updated in our system. We will, of course, honor the services you purchased and remain committed to fulfilling our obligations.
