Had a terrible experience with Rockland Jeep. I had my batteries replaced by my mechanic. While the car was stopped at a light in drive it would not move. I had to shut the car off and start it a I had my batteries replaced by my mechanic. While the car was stopped at a light in drive it would not move. I had to shut the car off and start it again to get it to move. My mechanic suggested to take it to the dealership. The dealer told me to get a complete reading on the diagnostics they needed to change the batteries. They said the new batteries were only getting a 34% voltage reading, at no time did they say the battery was damaged. The dealership changed the batteries, and I asked them to save the new batteries so I could have my mechanic test the voltage. When I received my batteries back one of the terminals was damaged and appeared to be hit with something also causing the battery to be cracked. My mechanic could not get a voltage reading because of the damage that occurred at the dealership. The dealerships response was to tell me if the damage happened at the dealership they would have told me. I have pictures of the damage that occurred at the dealership, and they refuse to negotiate on payment. More

I recently had my car serviced at Rockland Chrysler Jeep. You do not need an appointment for an oil change. I showed up around 3:10 pm. Closing time is four for service. They gladly accepted my car and completed the oil change and rotated my tires. I was very pleasantly surprised to find my car had been cleaned when I retrieved it. Great customer service More
