We dropped off our jeep to get work done, and it was never assessed or put through the warranty process. The Jeep sat there for 3 weeks and nothing was accomplished. The communication was poor from the never assessed or put through the warranty process. The Jeep sat there for 3 weeks and nothing was accomplished. The communication was poor from the service Rider side and when we finally showed up to take our Jeep home, they had no explanation for why no service was performed. Overall, this is the worst service experience of my life. More

I’ve purchased 2 vehicles here and would recommend sales but service dept doesn’t really win me over. Brought my 4 month old Jeep Wrangler in with an issue regarding rear defrost. They kept it most of the d but service dept doesn’t really win me over. Brought my 4 month old Jeep Wrangler in with an issue regarding rear defrost. They kept it most of the day, and when i went to pick it up they were vague at best as to if there was an issue. They apparently didn’t test it and had no idea if it worked. One of the guys said that we had 3yrs on warrranty so don’t worry about it! The purpose of purchasing brand new is PEACE OF MIND, not to just roll the dice for 3yrs. Not impressed. More
