We dropped off our jeep to get work done, and it was never assessed or put through the warranty process. The Jeep sat there for 3 weeks and nothing was accomplished. The communication was poor from the service Rider side and when we finally showed up to take our Jeep home, they had no explanation for why no service was performed. Overall, this is the worst service experience of my life. More
