I came in with a serious issue with my car, and instead of offering support, they immediately blamed me for everything and made no effort to help—not even for a second. I left feeling angry and disrespected. Thankfully, I went to Brooklyn CDJR and the difference was night and day—they were friendly, listened to me, and fixed the issue under warranty without a problem.
