I had a good friend say to me when I first bought my X1 that I should take off the Thompson BMW sticker in the back of car. I said Thompson has been VERY good to me. I would not think of taking off the sticker. Therefore, that in itself says a lot about your dealership. I drive it around with it on so people can see it. Kudos to you. Lou Penge More

Problem not resolved Complained that heated steering wheel did not function properly. Was told that nothing was wrong. Problem still persists. Quick and painless I have been leasing cars for 16 years. While I love getting a new model other dealerships took hours to switch my leases.
