Made our first service appointment on our 2025 Kia Soul. Arrived on time after our 2 hour commute to be told we needed to wait 4 hours for our free oil and filter change. Drove 2 hours to the dealership and had to drive 2 more hours to our home and got nothing done. Terrible service actually no service for a new car customer. I went on Sunday at the time of closing got Kia Niro hybrid and it was a great experience. However, we saw that there was a scratches on the windshield next day i informed them And they did replace me w hybrid and it was a great experience. However, we saw that there was a scratches on the windshield next day i informed them And they did replace me with the different car, which was a great experience. The only problem that I was having is on the website was showing other options but they were not having it at the dealership and online it says it is available. I am happy with my car. The only thing is I do not like the white interior but I was not having any options More
