He sent me a list of quality cars that met my criteria and I selected the Ford Escape...my decision was made before we even saw the car in person, because Chris's prep work was so thorough. We were in a hurry to find a car quickly, and Chris listened to what we needed instead of trying to sell us something out of our budget. The patient financial managers did their magic as well, and got me a very good deal, and we drove the car off the lot the same night! Thank you Chris and team! I love the friendly mechanical team that helps when I need repairs, oil changes, and car washes!
