Service Advisor Colin Ayers clearly explained all the car repairs to me & provided a written price estimate before any work was done so I knew what to expect, and he applied a discount coupon to help reduce my bill. Colin also arranged for a complimentary loaner car from Enterprise for me to use until my car was ready. Mechanic Eric Marschke did excellent work! Nice waiting area w/ comfortable furniture & tv, and complimentary snacks & beverages available for customers. Overall excellent experience! Thank you. More

Excellent service experience, as usual, at Herb Chambers Volvo Cars of Norwood! I have complete trust in my Service Advisor, Peter Brown, who is extremely knowledgeable & personable. He explains everything Volvo Cars of Norwood! I have complete trust in my Service Advisor, Peter Brown, who is extremely knowledgeable & personable. He explains everything to me in detail so I understand what routine maintenance & other car repairs are needed. Peter gives me a cost estimate prior to any work being done so I know what to expect & he applies any available coupons to reduce my bill. If any unanticipated additional car problems are found, Peter discusses it with me 1st & advises me whether the repairs need to be done now or can wait until my next routine service appointment. The mechanics do excellent work & they also perform a courtesy multi-point safety inspection at every appointment, & top off all car fluids as needed. After the mechanics inspect my car, I have peace of mind before upcoming long road trips driving to & from NH that my car will operate safely & not break down on the highway. Also, Patti Rich is very helpful & accommodating in scheduling my service appointments. I have always had excellent service from all departments at Volvo Cars of Norwood & I highly recommend this dealership! More
