I've had my car in for a radio warranty repair for a week now. A week over a radio! All I get back is.... still waiting to hear from Nissan. I have a very painful bone condition and driving the loaner car now. A week over a radio! All I get back is.... still waiting to hear from Nissan. I have a very painful bone condition and driving the loaner car (sentra) is increasing my pain day by day. I get no feedback aside from still waiting. This is my 4th Nissan, 2nd from Gunn and until now I have been over the moon with Nissan. I have to say, this is making me re-think my stance. Some customers have different needs and should be respected for them, not pushed aside and ignored. That is how I am feeling right now ignored and in pain. More

David Dyer have always made sure my truck is well taken care of. Outstanding worker even to the point for Gunn Nissan to know, having him is a great plus!
