Never have recall parts in stock The waiting time to change oil it’s an hour And after driving off from the spot, they parked my car went back to ask a question and I’ve noticed a big spots of oil on change oil it’s an hour And after driving off from the spot, they parked my car went back to ask a question and I’ve noticed a big spots of oil on the ground did let them know. They took my car back on the rack and told me that they didn’t clean up right after the oil change. I don’t believe that. It took them good 10 minutes to bring my car back Hope they did the oil change correctly. Now I am wondering if I didn’t have to go back and ask a question and didn’t see the spot of oil on the ground. Will my car be okay I did take some pictures just in case I have I don’t have to go through any further problems with my car The only reason I’m going to the dealer because I bought the car at the dealer and I wanna keep my warranty going. More

Terrible Experience Bought my vehicle in for warranty work. I waited for two months minimum for a sync 3 module to come in for of my vehicle. When the part came in I rece Bought my vehicle in for warranty work. I waited for two months minimum for a sync 3 module to come in for of my vehicle. When the part came in I received a phone call from my service guy Michael shadle. We scheduled for service the following week. I arrive for service as scheduled. Apparently they sent my parts back without contacting me. The service manager is completely useless in this case. Instead of rectifying the issue they've decided they'd rather not work on my vehicle. Sweet! I'll take my vehicle elsewhere. Thanks for not being professional and not holding yourselves accountable. If this is how the service department is.. then I wonder how the sales department treats you. More
