David Escalante was my car dealer when I went in to test drive a 2023 Lexus Hybrid. Four hours later, there I was owning a new car!! David was very personable and accommodating. The only issue I had wa drive a 2023 Lexus Hybrid. Four hours later, there I was owning a new car!! David was very personable and accommodating. The only issue I had was when he asked the mechanics (for lack of a better term) to fill up my car before I left. They did not, and left me with 1/4 tank to get to the West Valley from Scottsdale. Not having owned a hybrid vehicle before, I was afraid I would get stuck somewhere. They are currently working to remedy the situation, so I won't complain too much. Kerry also did a great job with my financing and educating me on the different warranty programs they had. Good day all together. More

His customer service skills were top-notch, and he wasn't pushy at all yet we finalized the purchase in a record time. Plus, he helped us retrieve some items we left in our trade-in.
