I recently relocated back to the area and, unfortunately, my service experience with Champion Porsche has been disappointing so far. Following a major electrical/software update, my vehicle has been back twice for multiple days due to ongoing issues. Communication throughout the process could have been better, and after the second visit I was advised that the car may continue to be “glitchy” and, if so, to turn it off, wait 30 seconds, and restart it. After two extended visits, that wasn’t the resolution I was hoping for. After my first visit, I felt that a different service advisor might be a better fit and requested a change, but I continue to be assigned to the same advisor. As a Porsche owner, I expected stronger communication and greater confidence that the underlying issue had been resolved. More
