My service advisor David Feldman is one of the greatest examples of phenomenal customer service in the auto industry that I’ve ever met. His professionalism and can-do attitude and not to mention his great examples of phenomenal customer service in the auto industry that I’ve ever met. His professionalism and can-do attitude and not to mention his great communication skills of keeping me posted both during and after the car repairs or services are done is greatly appreciated and he makes me feel like I’m customer number one! I can also tell you that the customer service Director Cindy Tilton and my sales person Jimmy Hahn are also one of the reasons why I come back to the dealership because of all three of their friendly and professional customer care to their clients. From the moment you pull up to the service lane the valet will greet you with a smile, and the ladies that make coffee in the customer service lounge are amazing as well. I cannot say enough fine things about how champion Porsche makes me feel proud to own such a fine car and be able to take it to a truly reputable dealership. More
