Over-Charged for oil change = $630. Had the same oil change on the same car at West Broward twice before and both times the cost was the exact same = $449. Parts cost are consistent at Had the same oil change on the same car at West Broward twice before and both times the cost was the exact same = $449. Parts cost are consistent at $127 between both dealerships. Labor for simple oil change is much more here without any explanation. You should have customers sign a preliminary cost sheet before performing the work (I would have declined). Very bad business practice when customers visit both dealerships for service. I will likely go back to West Broward Porsche from now on and share my experience with friends. More
