Stopped by for service and waited for the car to be done. Service did a great job, no problem. Everything was done as expected. I was interested in purchasing a new car from inventory, and looked at the Service did a great job, no problem. Everything was done as expected. I was interested in purchasing a new car from inventory, and looked at the "incoming" sheet is the showroom, and the cars visible in the lot. There weren't any cars I was looking for in the showroom, it was being remodeled. In all the time I was at the showroom (about an hour) I saw 4 salespeople look at their phones, and saw two of them briefly talk. None of the 4 asked if there was something they could help with, or if I was interested in looking at a car. Most never left their desk or their phone. I can look their inventory up (and did) on my phone, but would have liked to be able to ask a question, or to see any genuine interest from a salesperson. There was what looked like a sales or general manager in the corner office. He was using his pc, and appeared to be looking at sales and inventory reports. He never looked up or left his desk. Castle CDJR can save a lot of money of they just let their customers do thier homework on their own phones or the web, the salesforce does not really care. More

Worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. To start off, I had emailed this dealership on March 22nd to inquire about a 2021 Dodge Challenger Scat Pack and I was put in contact with David Foland. start off, I had emailed this dealership on March 22nd to inquire about a 2021 Dodge Challenger Scat Pack and I was put in contact with David Foland. I explained to David, that I wanted to get more information about the car in terms of pricing and wanted to test drive the vehicle, if possible, to get a feel for the car. Let me tell you, I have been interested in a Challenger Scat Pack for over 6 years and it was my then dream car. But besides that, I had also told David that I would be in no shape to purchase the vehicle for I start my full time job this upcoming May. I'm a college student and I have been dreaming about this car for a very long time. After explaining all of this to him, he assured me that the vehicle would be sanitized and ready for a VIP test drive upon my arrival at the dealership. Friday, March 26th, the day I was supposed to take a look at the vehicle I arrived at the dealership and met up with David. I proceeded to tell him that I am here for my appointment, to test drive the Challenger. He took my ID and I thought everything was good to go. We walk outside, and head towards the car. Upon approaching the vehicle he proceeds to tell me " We don't allow people to test drive these vehicles, because the people who want to buy them don't want any miles put on them". Little did David know, I was prepared to purchase a car that day after bringing both my parents to the dealership with me. In my head, after David told me this, I was absolutely livid. How can I possibly buy a car without driving it. Anyways after that, I went around the supposedly new car to check the condition of it. The car was absolutely filthy, looked like it hadn't seen a wash in weeks. The dashboard had strange markings all over, and when we confronted David about this he basically shrugged it off. Even the cars in the showroom had this issue, and he proceeded to tell us we can wipe it off with a cloth. Anyways after also pointing out some other quirks about the car and getting the same "beating around the bush" answer, I asked him if I could start the car. Because I wasn't able to drive it, for reasons still unclear to me, I asked David if I could at least start the car. To which he replied, "You can try". Now I'm not some person who has been living under a rock his whole life, I think I know how to start the car. I hop into the driver seat, expecting to get the key from him, and to no surprise doesn't even let me hold or even see the key. He keeps it in his pocket and leans forward, towards the interior. I go to start the car, NOTHING. The car wouldn't even turn over. His explanation, "Oh well it's been sitting outside". He didn't even offer to get a jump pack to start the vehicle. A vehicle which I was willing to buy if everything checked out, but of course he didn't know that. At this point I'm already pissed off, and he goes on to say "If you really want, I can start up one of our Scat Packs we have in the show room". He started it up, it sounded good and I was beginning to be a little bit happier about the situation. We started asking him about the pricing of the vehicle and he replied "Oh its the price you see online, with taxes and other fees". He didn't take me to his desk to show me the total estimated out the door cost or anything. He expected me to know all this information off the top of my head, like I'm some 20 year veteran of the car industry. We then also asked him about finance, also while not being invited to sit at his desk. He looked at us and said " Oh for you guys the APR rate will probably be about 5% and the 1% APR doesn't apply for the Scat Packs". In my head I knew the Scat Packs qualify for the 1% APR through Chrysler Capital, because I did my research ahead of time. It was at that moment I thanked David for his time and off me and my parents went, just plain disappointed. Not once during our exit did David thank us for coming into the dealership to check out the car. After leaving the dealership, I was so shocked about how I was treated and judged that I went to the Infiniti of Naperville and bought a BRAND NEW 2020 Q60 RED SPORT, a car that costs way more than that Challenger. The way I was treated at Infiniti was a night and day difference. Based on my experience with David, I gave up on my original dream car and the whole Chrysler brand itself. I felt that David was judging us from the very beginning, being that I am from a South Asian decent, which played a huge factor on how we were treated. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP, OR BETTER YET, DON'T DEAL WITH DAVID IF YOU DONT WANT TO GET JUDGED. I'm sure there are better salesmen at this store, but avoid David at all costs. More
