Simple and Honest I saw a Jeep online that I really liked so I called the dealership and spoke to a few different people starting with Cheryl, then Tony and Ski. All we I saw a Jeep online that I really liked so I called the dealership and spoke to a few different people starting with Cheryl, then Tony and Ski. All were very helpful! My schedule is very busy so we did everything over the phone and made an appointment to bring my current jeep in to exchange it for the new jeep while signing all the paperwork. I was very impressed with how smoothly the entire transaction played out. Ski was very helpful before I left the dealership in my new jeep making sure I had everything I needed and also making sure i had all my questions answered. Thank you to all who helped me! More

Throughout the process, Jim "Ski" explained all the options available to me and worked with me to get the trade-in value, rebates and financing all in the perfect place I wanted to be in to make a "no regrets" buy on my new Ram 1500 Rebel. The specific truck I purchased had been on the floor for a while and the battery had run down, there was also a scratch on one of the side mirrors. Before delivery, they replaced the battery, but they could not buff out the scratch. So, they ordered a new mirror and will replace it when it comes in. Now that is service. More
