Went in for an oil change and drove home a new truck! I was asked if I wanted an appraisal on my vehicle with no obligation and I agreed. Upon seeing the value of my trade-in, I was asked if I would be interested in at least taking a look at what it might cost to get me into a new 2026 truck, with similar options/package that existed on my Silverado. I was presented with several options (lease and buy scenarios). I informed the team on my limits and never felt any pressure, it was more of an exercise of the team trying to make things work out for me! Logan lead the effort, but several team members were extremely helpful. Logan got us to the finish line by end of day! Excellent overall experience. More

Purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and they knowingly sold me a lemon. The vehicle needed front brakes, a front drivers side hub and now front differential's and a transmission. I purchased th knowingly sold me a lemon. The vehicle needed front brakes, a front drivers side hub and now front differential's and a transmission. I purchased the vehicle with only 37k miles and drove home out of state , with the front wheel vibrating all the way on my 300 plus mile journey. The dealer said dont worry, you have a warranty but I am still having ti come out of pocket thousands. Now the sales manager David Freeman blocks my calls. I am in the process of filing a complaint against this dealership with the state of Maine DMV. I would never do business with them again !! More

The body work was good. The exhaust system did not get completely hooked up. The Def fluid leaked on the exhaust. They had exactly what I wanted in stock. The sales person Logan called me as soon as I put in my inquiry and we were immediately able to schedule an appointment to test drive it. He wasn’t pushy or over bearing and I was able to walk out with the car I wanted at the price I wanted that day. It was one of the easiest least stressful car buying process I’ve ever dealt with.
