So the only thing they pointed out to me happened to actually be excluded and they splinter it out as a selling point because Michigan as a lot of pot holes I should be super mad but luckily I make insane money, if you can't afford to waste money or be swindled out of a few thousand go to a different dealership Also the owner of this business is CONSTANTLY disputing reviews so it probably has a 1 star average in reality and many people don't know their review was removed and never put it back up. I need to thank Steve Salman at Suburban Toyota for his candor and for his hustle in helping me with a Used vehicle that I was determined to purchase (our family loves Saturn Auras). The vehicle had flaws, candor and for his hustle in helping me with a Used vehicle that I was determined to purchase (our family loves Saturn Auras). The vehicle had flaws, but Steve and his Service team worked them out with me, giving me fix-or-pass choices at difference price points. Furthermore, a big motive for me to buy this imperfect-but-good-enough car from Suburban Toyota was the years of good service we've received on a Used Toyota Corolla that we purchased elsewhere. We've had a couple warranty-covered issues on that vehicle, but they took care of every one of them. Again, we bought that Corolla elsewhere, but they treat us like we bought it from them. If you want simplicity and ease buying a car, go see Joe C. At no point was I pushed into buying something I didn’t want or need. There was never a feeling of being pressured. Customer service at this dealership is top of the line. There was never a time when I didn’t know what was going on. Joe made sure I understood those wordy contracts, and that I left knowing what I was buying. I have a smile I can’t get rid of after buying my Jeep today. No stress, no feeling like I was just another customer buying a car. I’m still floating on cloud nine and feel like I am dreaming.
