He was knowledgeable & did not try to bluff me (I had some test questions ready & he passed :-)), As a widow over 60 I am always expecting the dreaded (& hated) 'little lady' treatment. This is our 2nd purchase from this particular Subaru dealership. We have owned 2 previous Subarus purchased when we lived in other states. Deal negotiation and setting a trade-in value ae accomplished with respect and courtesy. Our service center experience with the previous car was excellent. Basically there's no reason to go elsewhere! I found David "Griz" very friendly and easy to work with, and efficient as well using email and texts to help communicate through busy days. We shifted to a Forestor this time, trading in a Crosstrek, to give my husband more headroom and a bit more cargo space. Very pleased with the car - it drives smoothly and easily with excellent safety features. More
