I was a Automotive Transportation Specialist for 27 years for Reliable Carriers Inc. before retiring and going into the sales end of the industry. Have been doing this for 18+ years. I love to visit with family, polish my car, tinker in the garage and play with my Wheaten Terrier's, Quinn & Freddie. Oh, and I go to the movie theater on my day off, I really enjoy the big screen. This is our 2nd purchase from this particular Subaru dealership. We have owned 2 previous Subarus purchased when we lived in other states. Deal negotiation and setting a trade-in value ae accomplished with respect and courtesy. Our service center experience with the previous car was excellent. Basically there's no reason to go elsewhere! I found David "Griz" very friendly and easy to work with, and efficient as well using email and texts to help communicate through busy days. We shifted to a Forestor this time, trading in a Crosstrek, to give my husband more headroom and a bit more cargo space. Very pleased with the car - it drives smoothly and easily with excellent safety features. More

I inquired about the Subi whilst lounging on my couch at around 9 AM this morning. I contacted the Superstore via a button on the page. I contacted them because another dealer much much closer to my home di around 9 AM this morning. I contacted the Superstore via a button on the page. I contacted them because another dealer much much closer to my home didn’t have EXACTLY what i wanted and seemed wholly uninterested in helping me obtain it. Weird, I know. I did a quick inventory search and found one at the Superstore. I sent my information to Grizz. What he didn’t know and probably won’t unless he reads this is I was actually sitting at the other dealership negotiating a final deal on exactly optioned Subaru in my 2nd choice color when his offer came in. I sat there and told the dealership to make me their very very best one time offer. They made me an offer $2000 more than what Grizz had sent me. Guy is a total pro and knows exactly what he’s doing, Anyways, I realizes they thought I was a sucker. I told the sales guy, xxxx no, grabbed my keys, walked out, texted Grizz, took that looong 40 minute drive on my way to purchase this brand new 2024 Subaru Crosstrek Wilderness, proudly my third now. I will be a repeat customer. ASK FOR GRIZZZ, trust me. Oh, and I was out of there by 1PM. They made a customer for life today. You see how that works when you treat people fair and not like marks to be taken advantage of? More
