I had spoken to Griz earlier in the day about possibly purchasing a Crosstrek from their store. I didn’t get to the store till after Griz was supposed to be off but he waited for us and stayed with us thr purchasing a Crosstrek from their store. There should be a mutual agreement and commitment. I did not feel the dealership did their part. More
