Had an awesome no hassle experience buying my first ever Subaru. Sorted out the pricing over email then arrived later that evening to do a test drive and sign paperwork. Griz and the finance folks made it easy as could be; particularly since I couldn't make it into the dealership to pick up my car due to positive covid tests. David drove the car to me and made sure that I got it on time. Because I didn't complete the purchase on-site, though, I didn't get to run through the car with a post-sales specialist. Since delivery, I've gotten some confusing information on the availability of a one-on-one meeting, but that hasn't reached the stage of a real problem at this point and I'm hopeful that it can be straightened out with a phone call and a visit to the dealership. More
