Every single thing that was told to us was a lie. Pricing changed dramatically after agreed-upon. False promotions were removed special rates for financing or no longer available. Each time we had a problem a new manager came in to help and was completely unable to rectify the situation. Nine hours was spent on site with three children under 10. Absolutely no extra effort was made to comfort or alleviate any concerns or stressors the entire day. However, we believe in the Honda brand and suck it out and sign the paper. I would recommend never purchasing a car from here or Honda in Fort Myers, Florida ever More
