It makes you look dishonest when you have a price online, and then tell the customer in the store that price is an error. More

Abe is the absolute best! He started out as our BDC rep for our first 2025 Red Ridgeline Black Edition purchase and helped us every step of the way even after the sales proces He started out as our BDC rep for our first 2025 Red Ridgeline Black Edition purchase and helped us every step of the way even after the sales process while we were working through some of the We Owe issues we were experiencing. He was instrumental in correcting the issues during the process and became our trusted partner afterwards. When he heard that the 2025 Ridgeline was in a total loss, he did everything he could to find us a red replacement. After searching for weeks, he was in constant contact with us and unfortunately there were no exact replacements available. We decided that a 2026 was our only option and he partnered with us to get us into a new 2026 Black Ridgeline Black Edition and made sure to correct the negative experience we had previously. During this process, I found a 2026 Black CR-V Hybrid Sport Touring and if not for Abe, we wouldn’t have been able to make a deal. He was supportive and understanding throughout the entire process and never made it feel like a sale and rather a commitment to our future. Long story short, we bought 2 cars from him instead of 1. Once the deal was ready for financing we partnered with Lance who made the entire experience exceptional. He understood that while we would like to work with Honda Financial from previous experiences, we wanted the best rate for our purchase. He was able to secure financing for us that saved us $200/mo with a different bank. Without going the extra mile to help us stay in budget, I almost was unable to finalize the deal and get into the new CR-V. We appreciate this dynamic duo so much so that it was an easy decision to make our 2 purchases. Once we were ready to go with insurance and drive off with our new vehicles, Sarah was the most personable employee you could meet. She made sure everything was in tiptop shape, our temp tags were secured, and that we had plenty of time to transfer our personal belongings. Overall a complete 360 from our previous shopping experiences with Honda of Fort Myers! More
