Buying my Forester Touring at Five Star Subaru was one of the easiest car-buying experiences I've ever had. When I came in for a test drive, there was no pressure at all to buy right then. The buying experience was so smooth and I am so pleased with my New Subaru Forester. I feel like I need to write a story about my 2004 Subaru Forester (bought at Cook Chevrolet in Craig/Steamboat Springs, Co in 2004). I sold it to an individual and told him I hoped he’d get another 100,000 miles out of it. He said he’d be pleased with 50,000. I am a very satisfied Subaru owner. This will be my third Subaru. First one bought in 1984. Looking forward to a continued relationship with Five Star Subaru in Grapevine. More

Everyone we interacted with was friendly and offered us a drink as soon as we walked into the dealership. David had the 2 vehicles we inquired about out and ready for a test drive when we arrived. We expected to have a lot of frustrating back and forth conversation and to spend most of the day at the dealership, but that was not the case at all. There were some hiccups that were involved but she worked very diligently to get me in the car that I ended up purchasing. She seems to truly care about her customers which is very rare these days!
