Very Dishonest with trade in values. I know what the car needed…about a 300 to 500 part. I fully understand your in business to make money but your profit margin vs what you offered was a slap in the face to us the buyer. I was even dumb enough to purchase another vehicle for my mother in law the following week…(3 total vehicles we purchased from you in 3 days) the least your team could have done was to be honest and offer me fair trade in value relative to what you already knew you could get for the car.
