The service department is outstanding at BMW of Gainesville. David Hepler is always a tremendous help in diagnosing and scheduling service for my car. If I need a loaner he always remembers that I need to be able to transport my 4 grandkids also without me saying a word. The videos that are provided are thorough. Plus it is neat to see what my car looks like from that viewpoint! More

I was very pleased with the service and the maintenance/repairs on my vehicle. I would have given a 5 star review, except that they charge a 3% credit card usage fee on a BMW credit card.
