I had the best experience deciding and purchasing a new vehicle ever. From the moment I opened the door to Nissan I was greeted with a warm welcome and smile from the receptionist. After narrowing it down to 2 different models and we drove them both and talked about the pros and cons of each as we were driving. Never felt pressured or belittled in any way. From John Milligan, service, finance, and all the management team I was treated with respect and everyone of them made me feel like I was part of the family instantly. He was always able to answer my questions about the vehicle through text, which was very convenient for me, and even provided a video wal experience.
