My experience with David Hoover was awesome. However, even after I had made a significant down payment on my car, there were others in the sales organization that were still trying to sell my ca However, even after I had made a significant down payment on my car, there were others in the sales organization that were still trying to sell my car. This led to a significantly negative feeling of a lack of trust. David continued to reaffirm that the car was mine, but that lack of trust feeling with the rest of the sales department never left. In addition, there were two items in which the maintenance of the vehicle was less than optimal - the cup holder on the console was broken and the cover of the fuse box under the hood was left off. Other than these issues, the care has performed beautifully and has exceeded my expectations in all other areas. Thank you again David for your reliability and support. More
